Shipping Policy

AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders have a 3 - 5 business day processing time upon receipt of order.  We do not ship on major holidays or weekends ( New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

 

I'VE MAILED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.  CAN YOU SEND A REPLACEMENT?

As a buyer, please make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, notify us ASAP via Contact US page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible.  If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once you address has been corrected.

 

THE TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE.  WHAT IF I HAVE A LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?

When an order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address that was entered for the order.  Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.  Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

When an order is shipped, tracking becomes available.  We suggest the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up time at the holding facility.
